Josh Duhamel, known for his roles in films like “Transformers” and “Life as We Know It,” has revealed how he’s maintaining his vitality to keep up with his younger wife, Audra Mari.
Duhamel explained that he’s started testosterone replacement therapy as a way to feel more youthful and energetic. He emphasized the importance of maintaining his energy levels so he can fully enjoy life with his wife and not feel constantly depleted.
In an interview with Men’s Health Lab, Duhamel shared, “It’s important for her that I stay as young and virile for as long as I can.” He elaborated that the therapy contributes to his overall wellness, giving him the drive to excel in all aspects of his life, including being a better dad, brother, friend, and business owner. He explained that TRT helps him avoid the natural decline in energy and motivation that comes with age, offering both mental and physical benefits.
Duhamel admitted he was initially hesitant about testosterone replacement therapy. However, after taking stock of how he was feeling and realizing he wasn’t at the same energy level as he was in his younger years, he decided to get tested. Upon discovering his testosterone levels were low, he decided to begin the therapy.
Duhamel married Audra Mari, a former Miss World, in 2022. They are now parents to a 17-month-old son named Shepherd.
