    ISLAMABAD: The government of Pakistan on Sunday announced the Zakat genealogy in Pakistan as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.
    The amount of Zakat for genealogy by the government is Rs. 80,933.
    The syllabus is a fixed amount that a person may be able to pay in his account after deducting the necessary expenses.

    According to a notification issued by the Administrator-General Zakat by the lunar year 1441-42 AH, on the first day of Ramadan, those who maintain a balanced amount of at least Rs.80,933. Such bank accounts will be responsible for 2.5% Zakat on the total balance.
