Federal Minister for Education and Vocational Training Shafqat Mahmood said that amidst strong demands from students to cancel the ongoing Cambridge exams, the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) today held a special session at COVID in examination centers. -19 will review compliance with SOP. on Tuesday
Cambridge exams began across Pakistan on Monday after courts rejected all legal challenges against the exams.
The Minister said that permission to conduct the examination was subject to strict SOP compliance.
“As more reports have come in, it is clear that compliance outside test centers is low. Reports from Corona today and this afternoon will be discussed at a special meeting of the NCOC.

Cambridge held on the Direction of the Ministry of Education
Earlier on Monday, a meeting of the NCOC was held in Islamabad, chaired by its chairman Asad Umar and chaired by national coordinator Lt. Gen. Hamood Al-Zaman Khan.
The NCOC said in a statement that the examinations were being conducted in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry of Education. The forum directed that no more than 50 students should be allowed in any center.
Meanwhile, in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, corona virus SOPs were violated, as many students did not wear face masks – equipment needed to keep the virus in the dust. Parents were also present outside the examination halls waiting for their children.
