Pakistan clinched the top spot in Group 2 of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup with a stunning victory over Scotland in the Super 12 stage on Sunday.
The Pakistan cricket team had already reached the semi-finals but after winning against Scotland, they won all their matches in the Super 12 stage and got the honor of remaining unbeaten in the group matches.
According to the World Cup schedule, the first semi-final will be played on November 10 at 7 pm in Abu Dhabi while the second match will be played on November 11 at 7 pm in Dubai.
Depending on the format of the tournament, the first-placed team of Group 1 will play a semi-final match against the second-ranked team of Group 2, and the first-placed team of Group 2 will compete with the second-ranked team of Group 1.
In Group 1, England is first and Australia is second, while in Group 2, Pakistan is first and New Zealand is second. Therefore, the teams of England and New Zealand will face Australia in the first semi-final on November 10 and Pakistan in the second semi-final on November 11.
