At weddings, brides usually worry that their dress, jewelery and make-up look perfect, but free from these worries, Indian brides have to take exams in search of education.
According to Indian media reports, Shivangi, who hails from the Indian city of Rajkot, went straight to the examination room with the bridegroom and her family instead of going to the wedding hall.
Shivangi is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a private university and is in the fifth semester of social work. He said in the interview that it was very important for him to take the exam. When the date of marriage was fixed, the schedule of the exams did not come but later it was found out that one of his papers was on the wedding day.
Talking to media, Shiwangi said that after finding out the date of the exams, she mentioned this to her family members and said that she wanted to hand over the form on the day of marriage, to which the family members did not object.
The bride’s video has gone viral on several social media platforms, with users applauding Shivangi and her future husband’s decision.
